It can be challenging to choose the right fit while your body is constantly changing in shape and size.
But right there is the beauty of bamboo. The 3-way stretch of bamboo allows the fabric to mould to
your body and to grow with you. To find your best fit for nursing bra or cami, choose your pre-
pregnancy dress size and be guided by the measurements on our size chart. All our bras
accommodate cup size from A-G. -
Which way to go will depend on how you like to wear your clothing. If you prefer a snugger, more
supportive fit then it would be best to size down. You can always count on bamboo to breathe and
stretch with your body. If you prefer something roomier with less of a firm feeling, then sizing up will
be your best option. Either way, the softness of bamboo against your skin during pregnancy and
nursing will be a game-changer. -
Our products are manufactured in Portugal from high quality bamboo. We’ve been making bamboo
maternity essentials for more than 15 years and supporting mamas and mamas-to-be the world
over. We have adapted our designs over the years for the highest levels of comfort and support. -
The real question is what doesn’t make bamboo ideal for this stage of life. It is as if this fabric has
been developed with pregnancy and nursing comfort in mind. Bamboo is highly breathable, super
soft, moisture-wicking (to absorb sweat or milk spills), naturally antibacterial and thermoregulatory.
For those with sensitive skin which can be heightened during pregnancy, it is also hypoallergenic
which will prevent skin flare-ups. -
For the best care of your bamboo basics, we recommend to use a warm machine wash with similar
colours using a gentle bio-degradable detergent. It is best to line dry your items as Mother Nature
intended. Do not dry clean. -
